Other Training OpportunitiesFor any non-IBTSA or non-ATSA sponsored workshop/conference: A certificate of attendance or completion must be provided in order to receive credit for continuing education hours.
In addition to proof of attendance, you must submit sufficient supporting documentation (i.e., syllabus of the seminar or worksheets provided by the presenter) of the training content to allow the reviewer to determine if the training will count toward sex offender specific hours, treatment related hours, or victim related hours. |

PRE-RECORDED SEX OFFENDER WEBINARS
The IBTSA certification committee has received a number of requests to use Pre-Recorded webinars for certification training hours. Due to the pandemic and lack of training opportunities, the IBTSA certification committee will allow the use of pre-recorded webinars. Please download the IBTSA Pre-Recorded Webinar Summary Form. A form will need to be filled out for each pre-recorded webinar and submitted with your IBTSA certification or recertification application packet.

Important things to note:
- Only these sites are approved: ATSA, GIFR, Safer Societies or NCJTC (Sex Offender has to be in the title of the webinar if you are using it for sex offender specific hours)
- If you receive a certificate, an email of completion or you completed a test, you do not need to fill-out the IBTSA Pre-Recorded Webinar Summary Form.
- If not enough information is provided on the IBTSA Pre-Recorded Webinar Summary Form, the certification committee can decline to approve the training hours.
